hey im 6,4 a bodybuilder but my calfs are not growing much at all. doin seated calf raise and standing. is it genetics or can i do it.

I stand on one foot with the front of my foot on a step and the heel hanging down off the step. Then I raise up on to the toes. I repeat 3 sets of 10 on each foot. You might be able to do more. If you are not experiencing at least a little soreness the next day, you might simply not be working the muscle hard enough.

<removed> this is true, doing that..or just standing on the floor and going to your tippy toes will work....any motion that points your foot will help...and you should know that if your not feeling the burn your not building muscle...
