Ok so I am new to this board and am writing to see if I can get some answers for my husband, In March of 2008 he had a heart attack and had 7 stents put in and he felt great for several months but now is back to feeling the same way as before the stents, he went and had the stress test done the one where they shoot dye and have you walk on tread mill and then take pictures and all that during one walking part they had to spray nitro in to get his chest to stop hurting and then he called the doctor today and his results were Enlarged left ventricle, my question is the treatment I found for this was medications, but from what i found he is already on all of that and unless they do an increase, I am not sure where else we would go from here and I do not beleive the stents he had put in were anywhere near where the problem is they are talking about now, and he is not to see a heart dr. untill like the 26th, his other heart dr. died and he had not found a new one, and now they are setting him up with one but I am a bit concerned at waiting that long with him feeling like he does, he is over weight, smokes, has diabetis, high blood pressure, and he has really taken a turn around and started trying to do and eat the right things, so any info would be gladly excepted, Thanks in advance
