Hi Wuhandude,
You need to tell us when the discomfort occurs. Is it random, or with exercise, and is there any shortness of breath associated with it?
It would also help to know your age, general health and fitness, and whether you smoke or have a high-stress lifestyle. Things like blood pressure, cholesterol, family history and smoking indicate what risk group you are in. This is the starting point in analysing the chest discomfort.
Because it COULD BE heart-related, you should see your GP if you are worried. The heart IS that important.
