I think what i sometimes get (like right now) are palpatations but I am not sure and hoping someone might be able to tell me. What i have is being aware of my heartbeat but it's up near my neck area - do you think these are palpatatins?:(:confused:

I'm not sure. Mine feels like my heart jumps up and then bottoms out (like going down on a rollercoaster) and then beats really fast and then is over.
Sometimes it just beats really fast and hard then it's over within seconds. I hope you get your answer :)
