Hi everyone,

I have been having some pretty horrible issues lately and would like an opinion as to whether or not it may be a hiatal hernia. First a medical background of myself: I had my gallbladder removed in 1996 (the only thing left are the surgical staples LOL), I have been medicated with Previcid for GERD for the past 10 years. Here are my symptoms (the usually occur after I stretch my body too far or in a whacky position): Servere acid; especially when I bend over, it comes right up my esophagus or sleep wrong ( I am up to 3 Previcid a day), Bad chest pain that seem to go through my right breast area and up to the middle of my upper back between my shoulder blades (if I didn't know better I could swear it's like the same horrible pain I had when my GB went bad), serious belching (it's really out of control and embarrasing), I was told in 95 that my esophageol sphincter does not work well at all, are there any good surgical options to repair the sphincter? Does this sound like I could now also be dealing with a hernia? I had my heart checked out three ways from Sunday and everything looked fine. Please help.

Thanks,

lil'miss:confused:
