After doing sprints at soccer practice my legs tend to lock up on me and i can't sprint until i go home rest and come back to school for practice. Even then, when i come back, my legs are a little locked up and its hard to sprint.
How can i get rid of this and make my legs stop locking up? Thanks in advance

I'm not sure quite what you mean by "lock up."
Are you gently stretching and warming up before your sprints? Do you stretch afterward? What does your coach say about this?

Hmm i don't really know how to explain it to well, but i'd say it seems to prevent me from sprint again for some reason..
Sometimes i stretch, other times he just tells us to line up and blows his whistle without anytime to stretch...
