This is giving me serious trouble. This started some 10 months back. Whenever i eat i poop some 30 mins later. I have tried spending more time in the restroom in the morning but its no use. Please help!!!!!!

I'd guess eating activates your sluggish digestive system. You could try exercise and diet modification - fiber, low fat, more water, smaller meals, etc - but you'll need to see a gastroenterologist to find out what's really going on. A suddenly sluggish digestive track could be a sign of something more serious. (say that ten times fast!)
