Hello, I've posted a few times now. I have had OCD for ages about various things, but for the last yr I've been eaten up with thoughts about my BF and the "possibility" of "did he ever find that girl hot?" or "what if he works with a hot girl oneday?".
He's been dealing with it and me for over a year and I want to stop these horrid intrusive thoughts and be NORMAL!!
Does hypnosis help / work?
What can help me and him? Do any of you have these thoughts?

Thanks Jaydeyy, its so horrible isn't it?! Worrying about "what ifs" all the time. I even panic a bit if he has to go a different route to work incase theres anyone on the train that might "check him out" or he might thinks attractive (although he tells me he doesn't even register people really cos he thinks about me and work and our house and money etc).
But I WANT a way to get rid of all the negativity. I used to be a really really happy and positive girl. Now i'm stressed! I think I have a major case of jealousy as well al relationship OCD - or CAN relationship OCD cover jealousy?
