Hi,
I was wondering if I wanted to lose like 5 pounds is this enough...
Mon/Wed/Fri 45 mins of cardio (running at 5.6, arc trainer, walking at 4.0 with 3.0 incline)
Tues/Thurs 40 mins of pilates
Let me know what you think

Assuming that the cardio makes you sweat, that should be enough exercise.
Don't forget to consider your diet. You don't have to make radical changes, but if your diet isn't very good, you might want to decrease junk food and increase veggies a bit. That all by itself could make you lose a little weight.
