I am being put in a temporarily accommodation by the council aftre 5 months in the Bed and Breakfast. But the accommodation is not suitable as my daughter has rheumatoid arthritis and the place is very cold.

They have told me that the fact that my child is disabled does not count as they have not completed their investigation into my domestic violence homelessness.

Please advice me what to do.
