Thank you for reading this in advance.
When i was ten years old, i woke up one morning with random pain in the right side of my face-my cheek, right side of nose, right side of forehead, temples, jaw. Suffered with this pain for the summer, and it disappeared in the fall. The pain then periodically came back the following summers. Went to an EMT specialist, they found a septal spur, and i had surgery. The pain went away for a couple mounths, then came back. This time it came back again, but it had spread to my neck. I was 14 then. In the subsequent years, the pain now has spread down to my right shoulder, down my arm, my back-especially between the spine and scapula. There is also dull pain in my pelvic area and lower back on the right side. Basically my pain is only on the right side of my body. The pain feels like a throbbing and pulling feeling in my neck and shoulder. In my head it feels like my blood vessels are being squeezed. The neurologists say my brain is fine and my neck is fine also-I have had many MRI's over the years. The pain is around all year long, but i have severe episodes mainly in the summer-meaning the pain is intense (8 on a scale of 10) and lasts for hours, and occurs daily. During the rest of the year, its less intense, may last at the worst for 30 minutes and usually i do not have to take meds. This year the pain did not follow its usual pattern, it did not come in the summer, instead it came in December. I had problems with nauseau and dizziness instead during the Summer. I have taken many types of meds, they usually help the first two or three days and then stop working.
I am 21 years old now-been 11 years. I am really really tired of the pain. :( I am just hoping maybe someone here has tips or ideas anything, maybe something remotely similar??...Doctors are completely puzzled.

Tough one. Sounds like you may have a nerve disorder. Do the affected areas seem to be on the skin surface? Is it extreamly sensitive to the touch?
