The common problem among all of us may be the easiest to fix.
I have used Gabapentin for a few years for the Peripheral Neuropathy I have that can be so debilitating for us. Ask your Dr. to consider giving a prescription of Gabapentin. I was taking 2x400mg, then 3x400, and now 3x600mgs. If taken as prescribed it may very well relieve you of the pain as it did me.
Also, freezing a combo of 50% rubbing alcohol and water in a zip lock bag and placing it on your feet will relieve the symptoms.
I cannot wear shoes for a long time, so I wear socks and sandals when possible. Diabetic shoes or very loose shoes with good padding will help.
