Have you seen a dermatologist? Like you say, maybe it's more than dry skin - Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder, they have prescription meds for that that work really well.

Diet, diet ,diet. What are you eating? If I go on a veggie diet my skin freaks out and dries up so I ealt a little red meat a couple times a weekd and two tablespoons of olive oil each day.

Hi, I am new to this. I am from the Northeast and have dry skin. I can't tell you how many lotions I bought, I even had one prescribed but I was afraid of side effects. I started buying body scrubs because someone told me to exfoliate, and I think I bought just about every scrub on the market. I started to use an expensive on from Sephora that was $65 because it had great reviews. It was okay but it left a film on my skin and I didn't like the smell. My friend turned me on to this all natural scrub and now it is the only thing I use. My skin looks great and is so soft. I kind of go to the extreme and use it just about every day but I don't even need lotion anymore. It is from an all natural company called Natural Fix Cosmetics and it is the only scrub they have named Dark Roast Coffee. I never knew how good coffee was for the skin but now I am a believer. I bought it on their website, it is $39and it is all natural so I like using it. The people at the company are very nice as well because I sent them a great testimonial and they sent me a free soap with my last order. I hope this helps because I know how annoying skin problems are, first hand
