First congrats on crossing over!!! I am 5 years out. Next you said, "I have to force myself". Never, never, never force yourself!!! I was not hungry for almost 3 month. If you are having problem with mushy, try some soups and more protein shakes. Being 4 weeks out, you don't want to force your new pouch and injure it. Your pouch still has staple that can come apart, so be careful. Since you are have problem mushy stuff, wait alittle bit on it. Give it a week and try again, your pouch will let you know when it is ready. Forcing thing will not let your pouch work the way it needs too. Good luck and keep losing!!!!
