If I had sex with someone who had Hpv and genitle warts does that mean I def have it now?

No, it does not. I don't know what the odds are. Depends if you were using condoms, where his warts were and if they came in contact with you, how soon you washed before and after sex, etc. No use fretting over it as it could take months or years to eventually show up.

You don't definitely have it, but it's a very easy virus to spread so I would stay vigilant. Also, warts tend to show up 2 to 8 weeks after exposure, not years.
If he also had the cancer causing kind, that takes longer to show up, so make sure you have regular PAP tests.
