i have 3 hard spots on my face,thay start out like a spot is going to appear but then thay dont come out thay just stay under the skin,there is 1 on my cheek that has changed colour,its now grayish,1on my forhead is big and my skin coulor,what are these and how can i get rid of them and make sure thay dont come back?
