Over the last several weeks, I have developed a chronic problem with stomach bloating. This isn't something I have had a problem with in the past.
I had a Nissen Fundoplication in October and I know gas bloat can be a problem. I've tried to keep my diet so that I'm avoiding foods I know are gas producing.
Also, I have been diagnosed with IBS since October.
I'm not sure which of these issues is causing the bloating or if it is a combination of the two. I'm trying to figure it out so that I know what strategies to use to try to address this. The bloating can be quite uncomfortable.
Any suggestions on dealing with this are welcome.
Thanks,

If it is not caused by poor digestion and the need for extra digestive enzymes--- then you could it could be a problem with swallowing too much air and cannot pass it up your esophagus very well like you use to??
