Today, I have been told by the Council that I have to provide evidence that says that the cold will affect or worsen her condition. My Council also said that they have never seen her in a wheelchair, so it must not be that bad. They have details of her condition and hospital admissions and consultants. I do not know what more evidence they want to see.
I have asked my GP for a letter. I will be writing to Great Ormond Street Hospital as she was there for One month last year.
My solicitor has abandoned me as he says that he may not win the case of "unsuitability" of the accommodation, if he decides to take the Council to court. He advised me to accept this accommodation or he will drop my case. So I am now looking for a new Solicitor.
Right now, I am homeless with my 8yr old daughter and spending the night with friends since yesterday.
