I went to Mexico and the Food change was critical being that i am originally from U.S.
I was there for 2 months and all the food i would eat i would vomit and i couldn't seem to eat anything..
Later on i went to the Dr. and he said my intestines were inflammated a bit and gave me sum sord of medication.. (i took it for a day!)

Now i can't seem to stop having gas issues when i don't eat right....
What can i do to stop this??
