Okay so I have this ultra ugly cold sore on my bottom lip and I had mistaken it for a pimple since I have never had a cold sore in the past and ihad popped it. A scab formed over it but now it pops frequently on it's own. I don't know wether to leave the puss there or clear it away and repeatedly clear it when it returns. What should I do?
