A lot of Drs. won't prescribe Xanax, unfortunately. I went to a shrink once and as soon as I sat down he told me he only prescribes anti-depressants for anxiety. Luckily, the Internist I'm seeing prescribes a small dose of Xanax for me. I hope you find some in Dallas who will prescribe it for you.
