Ive had lower back pain since september, I thought it would go by itself as i did not injure myself. The pain came on after I had sat in a lecture for a few hours on some uncomfortable chairs. I went to the doctors two weeks ago and she gave me diclofenac sodium (an anti-inflammatory). At first the pain lessened but now it seems to be the same as it was before. The pain seems to originate from the L3 vetebrae and sometimes I cant feel part of my back. Now I dont know what I can do for it, Im only 21 and i cant really do anything anymore because of the pain. Does anyone know what it could be or what I should do now?

Hi!
I am so sorry that you are in such pain. I have developed my own method of Back Care which I teach in Kent. Maybe you could find a Back Care class in your area or try gentle Yoga or Pilates.
Best regards
Rose-Marie
