Hello, my name is James. I found these boards on google while looking for some sort of decent workout plan/nutritional diet. I am 21, a sophmore in college, and work part to full time delivering pizza(not a good job for someone trying to lose weight, i know).
Anyways, when i came to college last year i was about 170, and now last i checked(been a month or so) i was at 205. I was expecting a freshman 15, not 35. I try to hit the gym when i have time, but some times it's hard(lazyness is a factor as well). So, my question is this:
What is a decently time conservative workout plan that will help shed the belly fat that i hate so much, as well as a nice, cost friendly diet, or foods i can pick up at the store. I tend to snack a lot at home and at school, so something healthy that is mobile (carrots maybe? is light ranch allowed?) anyways...hope i can get some help! thanks in advance.
Some info on me:
Age: 21
Height: 6'0"
weight: 200Lbs
physically active: moderate-low
area most wanted approved: stomach, chest, arms.
Goal:
I don't want to build huge muscles. i just want to get rid of the stomach, maybe the begginings of a 6 pack, and then from there just tone everything and get defined muscle lines

<removed> do not work out your stomach tooooo much because thats the last place men lose weight!!!!you will build muscle under fat...just start eating healthier and everything should fall into place
if you dont want to build muscle dont work yourself crazy...once you start feeling "the burn" your muscles are fatiging and u will build them up...so you want to do more reps with less weight if you start getting tired stop...
if you dont have good posture dont work out your chest too much because those muscles are already really really tight but try working out your back like just improving your posture...arms are easy...just lift anything in any direction have fun with it...but that will also help your chest..go running, walking...swim...basically being active helps
...but def get rid of the soda's and chips and crap and perhaps eat smaller portions of food not like little little...just a bit less
