I had an abortion last year and have been searching for support .

Can anyone understand what i`ve been through, and is still going through.

Thanks to both of you for your replies, but i`m still struggling to find anything anywhere.

I think it`s a "taboo" subject no one is allowed to even try to discuss.

Which makes it even harder on those of us that`ve gone through the pain and anguish on a daily basis.

I'm sorry you're going through this hard time. I know emotional effects from abortions can last a very long time :( I wish you well in your healing process!

Has anyone on here gone through the process i`m heading through? All the grief, guilt, regrets, etc?

Just someone to talk to that`s all i`m asking for really.

you may want to look into therapy or a support group in your area. The internet is great for many things but I feel that subjects like this can be touchy on the internet. You will likely find supportive people but you will also find that some people are not supportive and you don't need to hear those opinions. if you are with a therapist/support group you are in a secure, non judgmental, supportive invierment that the internet just cannot guarentee. I wish you the best.
