I got a question regarding a physical symptom I have recently. Starting about last wed. or Thursday I felt a sore spot on the back of my right leg torso, I thought nothing of it assuming I probably just injured it somehow without realizing it, this stuff happens. By weekend it hasn't gotten better and when I feel the area I feel a small lump at the center of the affected area, with a pretty big internal bleeding dark spot all around the lump. It's not painful, the lump is a bit sore when i touch it but the surrounding area i feel nothing. But now the internal bleeding has widened and gotten darker as well and i'm starting to get a bit scared. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? if i just stand up straight you see a big dark spot on my leg except that center area where the lump is.

I didn't do anything different in particular in terms of diet or activities, had 2 cap of newly bought tylenols last wed. but i'm not allergic to it or anything. Any help in understanding this is appreciated, thanks!
