You need to have your family doctor to recommend you to a psychiatrist. They will tell you exactly what to do. They also have a one on one session where they talk to you. I have OCD also, but I'm suffering from Trichotillomania. It's a hair pulling disorder. I have been doing this since the age of nine, and I'm now twenty and still suffering from trich. I have seen psychiatrists, and they recommended Prozac. It's a antidepressent for anxiety. It was known to help many people. I never started it because of the different side affects.
