my son recently had some blood work come back abnormal.
His creatinine was (low) 0.36 when normal is 0.50-1.30
His Bun/creatinine ratio was (high) 42 normal is 6-22
His liver function tests one was high
the AST was high at 41 normal is 20-39 so this isnt too terribly high but im worried about his creatinine and bun ratio...He was born with one kidney one testicle so this being abnormal has me worried. He was adopted and I have lupus and stage II kidney disease so I know these numbers cant be good...Im beside myself waiting for the doctor to call me back...
could this just be normal??
