till one year i ignore it and when i showed it to doctor he said its lump inside
( i take tobacco ,but no signs as red skin in inside mouth) it was removed in November, doc said cancer is not like that ..if it was cancer it would have covered whole face till now

i don't know what to do

The doctor looked at it and said it's not cancer. If you don't believe him go to another doctor. Have you seen a dermatologist?

Hello! It can a while before some one sees your question, so it is good you bumped it up.
It's a little difficult for me to visualize exactly what you are encountering. I understand you have had cosmetic surgery to your face, and there was some sort of lump below your lips that was removed last November. Did the doctor tell you what this lump was? Scar tissue? Cyst? Something else? Was it biopsied, and, if so, what was the result?
It sounds as if the doctor is now telling you there is an ingrown hair in that area? I know those can cause a good deal of pain, but it usually doesn't last.
A lot would depend on what the doctor said the lump was that was removed last November. Skin cancer doesn't normally present itself that way, however, I don't really know that much about mouth cancers. My suggestion would be not to panic or jump to conclusions (difficult to do, I understand!). Your location states you are in India, and I'm not certain at all about the medical system there. I know here in the States if we are uncomfortable with the care we are receiving, we can go to a different doctor for another opinion. I'm not sure if that might be an option for you?
Sorry I can't really give you much of an answer, but I do wish you well.

A lump that increases in size and expels pus and then shrinks does sound like a cyst and not cancer. Though I can understand how some one would be very anxious! I've not heard of cancer acting in the same exact way as a cyst, but then I am certainly no expert, and I am not in the medical field. If you trust your doctor, I would feel secure in what he says and keep an eye on it.
You don't need to apologize. When something happens to our bodies that seems strange and unusual, it can be normal to become anxious and a little bit frightened. I know I've been in that position before, so I can understand when others feel that way!
