Hello Everyone,
Whwnever I eat beans, I get terrible gas problem for next 2-3 days. It stinks http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif
I ususally have little bit of gas problem but it gets worst after eating refried or other kind of beans (especially whenever I eat mexican, and I like mexican http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif).
Please suggest me something, so that I can eat beans without having to worry abt next 2-3 days http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/round.gif

Thanks in advance for help. I appreciate this board and site, its been very helpful and useful for health matters.
Thanks

Hi, you can find Beano in any discount store such as W**Mart. Its by the laxatives and fiber area. My Dad swears by it! Hope it helps!!!Tink

Beano never helped me...I have heard charcoal biscuits/tablets help, but I have never tried them.
