Recently, I have developed a pain the middle of my chest. The only time i usually feel it is when i am sleeping. I will twist and turn and the pain will wake me up. Or, I will be laying on my back in the bedroom watching tv and i will feel the pressure. Once I am up, getting ready for work and then work... the pressure is gone for the day... until i get home and lay down.

Any ideas...
