Here are some tips on feeling well-at least-some that have worked for me.
1st-make sure u get a good GI doc, i go to a really good dr but she is so full the first appt u can get is usually two mnths after you call in.
2cd-Diet is so important. I learned yesterday you cant eat greasy fries and chicken nuggets after keeping your diet clean for such a long while (PAIN) Watch our for-processed food, carbonated drinks, dairy(which includes, cheese, ice-cream, chocolate, some types of Mayo(yep i found it in the type my mom uses), creams..lots of stuff. Also-most types of chewing gum...most of them have sorbitol in it which is hard on sensitve ppl with IBS. I noticed when i started chewing it again i had a bad bout with dirreah.
3rd-get the right medicine. Ever since taking Nizitidine ive been al ot better even though i thought i didnt have ulcers or problems with them. Also-for people with nausea, try Ginger capsules, tea, or boiling the root for tea. It really really works.

Every time I eat something bad I just want to kick myeslf upside the head. Its hard when you know what not to eat yet you cant help it sometiems and have to try it...like testing yurself. Bad idea. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif Gl to everyone
