How should one take fiber?
I take one dose in the morning, before I eat anything. That helps.
When should I take the second dose? I've been taking it with dinner... I think that's not such a good idea... so before or after? :)

Hi, there. How about trying to take another dose in the afternoon between lunch and supper? Or at bedtime? I take my Metamucil in the late a.m., and again in the afternoon around 3-4 p.m., and if I miss that dose, then I take it in the evening between 7-8 p.m. The main thing is to make sure you take in plenty of fluid with it, to help it work properly.
