So since tuesday night I've had problems with my eyes, which I was pretty sure was conjuntivitis, and this morning I took eye drops to help them get better but it felt like after it had gone into my eye it went down to the back of my throat and I could feel it in the back of my mouth, is this possible or meant to happen? :confused: It just felt really uncomfortable and strange.

this happens to me sometimes too! My doctor told me it's normal. Doesn't taste too good though.. bleh. I guess you don't notice it with regular eye drops. When I had conjuctivitis last year is when I noticed it with the drops as well.

Yes, this will happen because the tear ducts in the eyes drain into the throat.
