I took Coloxyl with Senna last night to start my treatment on constipation, and I've yet haven't had a BM today. Should I take another pill tonight if I still haven't gone for a BM?

What do the directions on the box say? Does it say to do it again if once doesn't work?

It only says to take 1-2 tablets at night.
