i had this conditions when i was just 5yrs old, my question is why does happen to me every time i run my feet for a couple of meters i almost cant move my feet & it feels like the muscles are hard to move & it also happens in my arms especialy when i do some little excercise, i have this conditions when i was 5yrs old & now im 30 & still the same condition i dont have a courage to see a doctor because im afraid of what the doctor might say...
