Hi:
One of my grown sons needs to wipe off blood which comes out from the nose, that does not happen often. However, just wonder what's wrong with inside his nose.:( His general health is perfectly in good shape, ... never become sick for the past years. This, bleeding inside the nose is only the problem.

Is it because of Vitamin deficiency which causing bleeding inside the nose?
Currently, he's been taking 'Multi-Vitamin' daily, but he does not like Greenish Vegetables, such as Spinach, Green Bean and all other green-colored Veges.

Thanks for any insights on this, above.

No one but perhaps an MD [no guarantee that an MD cares enough to investigate thoroughly] can tell him why his nose bleeds.

One very common cause is winter-dry air. When the mucous membrane dries out, it's vulnerable to injury and bleeding from the very slightest bump, blow, or ding. A whole-house humidifier and frequent spritzes of a saline spray could help loads.

Another thing could be low blood platelets. He could have those without feeling at all sick. If that's the problem, it would most likely be accompanied by other signs of unexplained bleeding and/or bruising.

There are probably a dozen other things that could cause it, but I can't think of them at the moment.
