When I'm sleeping sometimes my kidney feel's like a sore muscle. I had my urine tested and was told that there was a very small red blood cell count and that it wasn't significant and there was no infection. I'm a bit concerned?

maybe see if they will do a scan on you see if you have any kidney stones or cysts

sounds exactly like a kidney stone, but most likely a VERY small one. I just two days ago passed a stone, and when its a significant size you KNOW. it starts as that awkward sore feeling you described but soon becomes EXCRUCIATING, you would be bent over in pain not able to move or do much of anything. However, if its a REALLY small one, the pain wont be that intense, yesterday evening the sore feeling began again and i was sure the pain was about to come, but it never did, it was just a veryyy small one possibly a break off of the first one. Theres really nothing you can do.if its not super painful, your lucky the doctors would just tell you to let it pass anyway.
