I HAVE BEEN WITH THE SAME MAN FOR 8 YEARS THEN SUDDENLY I FOUND OUT I HAVE HERPES TYPE 2 GENITAL . HE SWEARS THAT HE S BEEN FAITHFUL . I VE NEVER HAD THIS BEFORE NOW AT LEAST NOT THAT I KNOW OF. DO YOU HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR ME? he has lied to me before.

How did you find out? Did you just happen to have a standard STD screen and it showed up, or did exhibit symptons? That would give a clue as to when you might have gotten it.
