Is this a sign of a stroke never had this before just numbness in left arm and leg pain

I had stroke 10-13-06 and my entire right side is "numb" or tingly. Even though I have movement. It doesn't feel same. My foot has gone to sleep and I didn't know it - stood up to walk and twisted ankle. If not one thing its something else. Good luck.
