With there, I recently had a tubal pregnancy that ruptured so I lost my left tube. Is there anyone how has one tubal TCCing? Or anyone that has had a successful pregnancy with one tube? Thanks

Of course people have. I am pretty sure that your ovaries take turns giving out eggs, if your ovary (the one with the tube) is making eggs then you will be fine. It actually will probably take over the producing of all the eggs if the other isnt making any.
