Hi everyone,
I'd greatly appreciate some input here. I'm just confuseddddddd!!
Last week, I started getting right side O pains, a bit of wet cm maybe small ewcm, but not classic ewcm. Then on Sunday, I started getting strong O pains on my left side all day and then got a positive smiley face on my digital OPK, so we BD'd that night. Had strong O pains again on Monday on left side, so I took it to be ovulation, with yesterday Tuesday being 1dpo, also had a slight shift in my temp yesterday.
Here's were it gets confusing.... then yesterday what I thought was 1dpo, I had proper ewcm twice during the day and still getting right side O pains?? (neg opk) I took my temp this morning, one hour earlier than normal and it was down again :(
So does anybody have any idea when they think I might have O'd, if I did at all? The software I use at home has Monday for O, but if that's the case, why would I still have ewcm on Tuesday? Oh and we only got to BD on Sunday and nothing since.
Any input would be appreciated, thanks xx

It's possible your O pains were something else. Occasionally I had slight pain in the area that I thought could be O but I thought they could also be my lower intestines. Then I saw an infertility specialist and had a transvaginal US and they found a solid cyst (which I'm going to have further evaluated later this month). So it could also be a cyst that's causing the pain. Fluid cysts are really common and usually go away on their own. If the get twisted they can be supper painful and ever rupture. Just an idea...
The Dr said there's really no way of knowing for sure if/when you've ovulated unless you get a positive preg test. CM, BBT, and even OPKs are not totally accurate. Her suggestion was to BD CD 11, 13, 16, and 18 with a 28 Day cycle and a positive OPK of CD 15. Last month my OPK was faint on CD 14 and a bit fainter on CD 16, but our BD on CD 11, 13, and 16 worked!! (18 I was sick and didn't feel like it). Also, my CM was fairly good, but wasn't the best I've had either.
So the advice from the Dr was to not worry so much about when you O, but try to have frequent BD.

Thanks very much for the input guys and Karen Congrats on your BFP.
I think that's good advice, just BD plenty during that fertile time and then it really doesn't matter when you O because you'll have all your bases covered.
Sounds a bit less stressful as well actually. I suppose time will tell whether I'm successful or not this cycle.
Thank you xx

Thanks! But we'll have to wait and see. The fertility Dr thinks the pregnancy is no good based on my hCG levels. So I might be back here soon. :( But I have my fingers crossed!
The good news is I had an ultrasound yesterday and the cyst was completely gone. My bloodwork shows I'm still pregnant and nothing in the US suggested anything, including an Ectopic pregnancy (which is what the fertility Dr was worried about).
Good luck with this cycle!
