can anyone help me I am constantly bloated. I only have this problem since i started drinking again. Is alchol bad for ibs??

YES--- alcohol is certainly not recommended for people with IBS !!!

Agreed. Alcohol upsets the digestive system. Try drinking just a little to see if you system can tolerate a small amount of alcohol.
