I posted this on the bowel board as well to see if anyone had any ideas....
Just interested to know if anyone has experienced lower abdomen painless spasms or like a little fluttering. It is quite low and doesn't hurt at all. I have started to only eat multigrain bread instead of white now. Would more grains cause something like this?
Would a blockage in my colon cause the spasm....like a tumour or something else?
Its like a muscle spasm. Another one of my weird symptoms I guess

I get these flutters in various areas, I don't know what causes them either. Anybody?

They're more than likely just what you're guessing at..muscle spasms. If you've ever had an eye tic, or a muscle in your arm or leg that just twitches without cause, it's the same thing. Annoying but harmless and painless.
