Ibs causes spastic bowel don't it-what do you take to help that

Spastic bowel is the 'old' term for what we now call IBS. So it's really one in the same.

There are many different things you can try to manage/control IBS symptoms. It depends a lot on what your main complaints are. And what works for some people, may not for others. There is a lot of trial and error in finding what works best for you..and/or what combination of things will bring relief.
