i was just wondering if anyone had experienced worse symptoms of IBS after a night of drinking?
i seem to feel more stomach pains , etc...

Oddly, some alcohol actually HELPS me. Beer upsets my stomcah, but wine actually makes me feel better b/c it relaxes me.

It is very likely that beer will upset your stomach. It contains very high yeast and wheat contents, much more so than wine, so not surprising really.
