Hi, posted the following in a different section, found this forum so thought it might be more appropriate here:

Hi all. After many doctors visits over many years, I have decided to consult some knowledgeable people (yourselves).
I have had bowel problems since I can remember.
I often have diohrrea (not sure how to spell that one), often almost immediately after eating some foods, it can be immediate with severe cramping and urgancy, or I can get very very severe stomach pain and cramps for up to 3 hours then it is relieved by going to the toilet. The pain is always relieved by using the toilet. I nearly always have active stomach growling. I have ALOT of wind, which causes pain. And in between this dioreha I am usually constipated to some degree. I often find that I am wanting to go to the tiolet and trying several times a day for up to 3 days before I can go, and most of the time it is not very constipated at all, just doesnt want to do its thing.
I have been blood tested for celiac and that was negative. I have been alergy tested several times. negative. I find that some foods make it worse, like pasta, potaoes, some gravys, cream but not milk. I am more sensitive and suffer this problem very chronically after I have a child for up to a year or so, then it settles back into an ongoing moderate problem. I have not lost weight or anything, if anything I have put way too much weight on! I some times get wierd lumps (like minisclue pimples on my upper arms) I think that was from the potatos, as they seemed to disapear when I stopped eating them. Any suggestions anyone? I am desperate and open to any ideas. I feel it may be Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but not sure. Oh P.S. my stools (yuk) are not apparently abnormal in any way or size. (appart from the dioreha) Thanks ALL. Cindyere:
