This is a probiotic with Lactobacillus GG, Dr. Weil said it was good for IBS. Im afraid to try it as Im afraid it would give me diarreah. Has anybody tried it?

I tried it. It did not help at all. Was a waste of money.

Why not try and ordinary Probiotic/Acidophilus caps? They have the Lactobacillis and Bifidus bacteria in them. They will not give you diarrhea, as it is the good gut bacteria that will recolonise your gut and help to stop it happening.
