The anxiety and the stomach troubles are all part of the same thing and you need to solve the anxiety first before your stomach will get better.

Also, look at your diet. Cutting out dairy, wheat, soda and coffee could help. Drink more water and start Metamucil twice daily. This is a fiber supplement and will help regular your bowels. Try and include more fiber in your diet such as potatoes and breakfast cereal. Your GI system needs this to function.

Acidphilus can help also and if you get bloated, rebalancing your gut bacteria will help this. Buy the capsules and take them twice daily on an empty stomach. Keep them in the fridge.

Chamomile and Peppermint tea are also very good for a sore and upset stomach.

Chamomile tea with slippery elm in it is good for diarrhea too. You need to work on the anxiety though and you can do this with exercise or try something like Yoga, Tai Chi or Qi Gong Medication exercises to help you relax.

Good luck
