recently im beginning to think im possessed...

My girlfriend told me that early this morning i abruptly "woke up" and grabbed by her chin with my fingers and spoke to her, saying " look at me, look at me", all while trying to reposition her face so i can look at her...then she said she asked me, "did you have a nightmare"? and i said, i dont know.. and went back to sleep... she said my eyes were wide open, as if i were alert and not drowsy... what is this? its NEVER happened to me before.. and i have zero recollection of it... can anyone shed some light on this...
