Hello everyone, i am 27 years old, suffer from obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome. Had ovarian drilling in April 2008 and have only had a couple of periods since then. I had a miscarriage on the 13th Nov 2008 and was approx 6 - 7 weeks. I had a period induced by tablets eight weeks after miscarriage - 13 Jan 2009. Its exactly 4 weeks since and we are trying desperatly to concieve. I took 50mg of clomid everyday for five days when on my period in jan, I then tested positive on ovulation tests for 12days but my basal temp had not shifted still between 35.9 and 36.2.
Today is 15th Feb and for the last two days i have had incredibly sore nipples and i swear they have increased in size and a little more prominent.
I have never known when i'm ovulating or when i expext a period. My body plays the cruelest tricks.
I dont know whether to believe i'm pregnant or that i'm post ovulatin and due on.
It drives me crazy!!!!!!!!!!
Please help, any info or similar stories would be great.

Sore nipples are a good sign. Hopefully the clomid worked for you!
It's also possible it's your pms hormones. In waiting to see if I was pregnant a lot of the same symptoms came up for me. Occasionally I'd have sore bbs and then my AF would come. Right now I'm in week 5 and I have been really tired, moody (like in my PMS), a bit sore/sensitive nipples, and constipated! I'm worried about my hormone levels though, and am waiting to see if this one sticks. I had a really early miscarriage too several months ago.
Your BBT is supposed to shift and stay up if you're pregnant, but try not to worry too much about it. The Dr I saw, said there is so much variance in your temperatures, that it's not all that accurate. Since you did have a pregnancy before, that means you can do it, so hang in there and keep positive and hopefully it will happen this month!
I'm sure your Dr will want to test your blood soon if your AF doesn't come. Or wait a bit and take a HPT.

Just start testing... LOL! That's the only way you'll know for sure, short of the tummy growing in a few months. :)

Oh my goodness its now 17th Feb and my my BBS are killing and i have got tummy ache but still no sign of AF or Pregnancy. Did a cheap preg test and showed neg. gonna wait and see at the weekend and do another cheap preg test. Wish me luck.
